Who we are

Our Story

Baboci Consulting Group was founded with a clear purpose: to help mission-driven organizations build strong financial foundations so they can focus on the work that matters most.

After more than a decade working across international organizations, such as United Nations, corporations and small business environments, Founder and Principal Lorena Baboci saw firsthand the critical role that strong financial management plays in the success and sustainability of organizations.

She also saw a gap.

Many nonprofit organizations and growing enterprises lacked access to experienced financial leadership—not because it wasn’t needed, but because it wasn’t always accessible. Too often, organizations with powerful missions were operating without the financial clarity, structure, and strategic guidance required to sustain and scale their impact.

Baboci Consulting Group was created to fill that need.

Today, the firm provides trusted financial management and advisory services to organizations seeking not just compliance, but confidence, stability, and long-term sustainability.

Mission

We help organizations and nonprofits strengthen financial stability, improve decision-making, and achieve sustainable, long-term impact through strategic financial guidance.
